## What Fast Estimate does
- AI estimating: photograph the condenser/nameplate/mechanical room; AI (vision model) drafts installed-cost line items (equipment, line sets, pads, permits, disposal) priced from the contractor's own imported price book
- Good/Better/Best: present three tiered options on one quote; the homeowner picks a tier and signs
- E-signatures: branded PDF quotes signed from a phone via text link — no app install for the homeowner
- Deposits & payments: homeowners pay deposits and final balances through the contractor's own Stripe/PayPal payment link (money goes directly to the contractor; Fast Estimate never holds contractor funds)
- Job calendar: month view, crew assignment, morning crew-day alerts
- Invoicing: automatic final invoice when a job is marked complete, with balance tracking
- Reviews & referrals: automatic review requests after installs and rate-first referral offers
- Customer portal: homeowners see job photos, invoices and payment links
- Canada support: CAD currency option and sales tax (GST/HST/PST rate + label) built into estimates and invoices
- Price book: CSV import for flat-rate pricing; CSV customer import/export
